D-Safety AB today participated in the round table discussions on the Örebro castle about the national Digital agenda in conjunction with the Minister of IT and Energy Anna-Karin Hatt, the County Administrative Board, Örebro Regional Development Council, Örebro County Council today signed a mutual agreement on the continued work for a regional digital agenda. D-Safety took the opportunity to bring up the need for further growth of the mobile broadband coverage on the Swedish countryside in order to enable among other things a higher level of safety and security. The Minister answered that this is an identified need, and that it is being handled in several ways. The most recent action from the Government is to free up capacity in the 800 MHz frequency spectrum.

D-Safety AB was invited to the Swedish Parliament in order to show its invention SoftAlarm® to a selection of MPs. The company also discussed safety and security with the MP’s as well as the Swedish Government’s ambition for more innovation based IT services companies with a global market like D-Safety AB. The event was arranged by Swedish Parliament cross political network of MPs – The Swedish Parliament’s Forum for Innovations and Inventions Network.

D-Safety AB today announced SoftAlarm® 2.0 for iPhone and Android plus Cloud services SoftAlarm® 2.0 is a sortiment of services based on apps and cloud services enabling the users to tailor their safety and security services. The iPhone app is available for download from Apple AppStore and the Android app is available for download from Android Market (softalarm). The SoftAlarm® services is available for Company and Private customers from 25 SEK/month (2,50 Euro/month) and selected service. The customer can pay by card in advance (Available globally) or pay by invoice (Sweden only).
